(Closed daily for lunch from 1pm-2pm)

 Sports Physical Information:

In Oklahoma, students are not eligible to represent their school in athletics until they complete sports physical. YourCARE Yukon performs sports physicals during our normal hours, no appointment neccessary. Although most insurance companies don't cover a sport physical, we only charge $25. If bringing your child in for a sports physical, please have them dressed in comfortable clothes, and if your child wears glasses and/or contacts, please bring them with you.
